Earlier this year, OnePlus released the Buds Pro 2 worldwide, and now they're working on their next earphones, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3. These new earphones are still in the testing phase, but we have some details about their design and features from a reliable tipster Onleaks.
OnePlus Buds Pro 3 leaked renders and specs
The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will be similar to their predecessors, fitting partly into your ears. However, they'll look a bit different. Unlike the two-tone design of the Buds Pro and Buds Pro 2, these new earphones will have a shiny black stem and matte silicone ear tips. They're also going to be lighter, weighing just 4.77 grams. The charging case will keep its square shape and be resistant to splashes (IPX4), while the earbuds themselves will have better water protection (IP55).
When it comes to how they sound, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will have two speaker drivers – a 10.4mm woofer and a 6mm tweeter. They'll also come with a strong active noise cancellation feature, reducing outside noise by 48 decibels. They'll support Bluetooth 5.3, Google Fast Pair, and the ability to connect to two devices at once.
In terms of battery, these earphones will have a 520mAh battery in the case and a 58mAh battery in each earbud. With noise cancellation on, you can use them for 6 hours, and without it, you'll get 9 hours of use. With the charging case, you'll have a total of 33 hours of battery life.
