Information about the Meizu 21 series is starting to surface online. Recently, a new smartphone bearing the model number M461Q was registered with the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), sparking speculation that it may be one of the devices in the highly anticipated Meizu 21 series. Rumor suggests that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

While the certification doesn't provide extensive details, an informant known as Digital Chat Station has shared insights regarding this smartphone. The primary improvements are anticipated to be in the core specifications, with minimal changes to the appearance.

A significant enhancement expected in this lineup is the utilization of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, Qualcomm's upcoming flagship mobile processor set to be unveiled in late October 2023.

In addition to the processor, the tipster hints at a 50-megapixel primary camera with a substantial image sensor for the Meizu 21 series. The standard variant is projected to feature a typical telephoto lens, while the Pro version is expected to boast a periscope telephoto lens. The design, similar to the Meizu 20 series, is anticipated to maintain a flat-screen design.
